Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Flowriwa collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your information when you use our website and app at flowriwa.com. Please read it carefully.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. Overview

Flowriwa (“Flowriwa”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides an AI-powered platform that helps local businesses create social media posters, captions, hashtags and ads. This policy applies to all users of our website, web application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, password (stored securely as a hash), and profile details you provide when you sign up or sign in.
  • Business details — business name, category, logo, brand colours, offers, contact information and any other content you add to personalise your posts.
  • Content you create — the prompts you enter, images you upload, and the posters, captions and hashtags generated for you.
  • Payment information — when you subscribe, billing details are collected and processed by our payment partner. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, actions taken, and log data used to operate and improve the Service.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand usage (see Section 5).

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate and maintain the Service.
  • Generate the images, captions and content you request.
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
  • Process payments, subscriptions and invoices.
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • Improve, personalise and develop new features.
  • Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security issues.
  • Send you service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out anytime).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and secure your session, and functional cookies to remember your preferences. We may also use analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following situations:

  • Service providers (sub-processors) — trusted third parties that help us run the Service, such as AI generation, payments, authentication, database and hosting providers. These are listed in Section 15.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Flowriwa, our users or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hi@flowriwa.com from the email address registered to your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. After verification, we will deactivate your account and delete or anonymise the associated personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Information that we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes will be kept only for the period required by law and then securely deleted.

8. How we protect your data

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, access controls, and row-level security on our database so that users can only access their own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Export a copy of your data (data portability).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, and opt out of marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hi@flowriwa.com. For account-deletion requests, use the subject “Account Deletion Request” and write from your registered email address. Once your identity is verified, deletion will be completed within 30 days, subject to the limited legal-retention exceptions explained in Section 7.

10. AI-generated content

Flowriwa uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate images, captions and other content. To do this, the prompts and any images you submit are sent to these providers for processing. Please note:

  • AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, generic or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or using it.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the content you generate does not infringe the rights of others and complies with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms where you post it.
  • We do not use your private content to publicly train models, and our AI providers process API data under their own data-handling terms.

11. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. International data transfers

Some of our service providers process data on servers located outside your country of residence (for example, in the United States or the European Union). Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

14. Contact us

If you have any questions, concerns or requests about this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us at:

15. Refund policy

If you purchase a paid plan, you may submit an eligible refund request within 30 days of the charge by emailing hi@flowriwa.com with your registered email address, payment ID and reason for the request. Refund eligibility, exclusions and processing details are governed by our Terms of Service — Cancellation and refunds. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

16. Third-party tools we use

Flowriwa relies on a number of trusted third-party tools and service providers to operate the platform. Some of your information is shared with these providers strictly so we can deliver the Service. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them:

  • OpenAI — powers our AI image and caption generation. The prompts and images you submit are sent to OpenAI to produce your content. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy.
  • Razorpay — processes subscription payments securely. Your billing and card details are handled by Razorpay, not stored on our servers. See the Razorpay Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — provides authentication and secure database storage for your account, business details and saved content. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting provider — our application and data are hosted on secure infrastructure that keeps the Service available and reliable.

We may add or change sub-processors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this section to keep it accurate.
